Natasha Phillips – Founder and Clinical Lead

Natasha is the Founder of Future Nurse, a consultancy of clinicians bringing clinical expertise to all stages of digital transformation.

As former Chief Nursing Information Officer at NHS England, she led the development of What Good Looks Like for Nursing, the National Digital Clinical Safety Strategy and the Phillips-Ives Review on nursing skills needed for the digital age.

Natasha led the successful enterprise wide EPR implementation at UCLH and is a Professor of Digital Health at the University of Salford leading work on education and research in digital health.

Sophie Brooks – Clinical Specialist

Sophie is a Midwife by background, a NHS Clinical Entrepreneur, an alumni of the National Digital Shared Decision-Making Council, a quality improvement advisor in the NHS, and a master’s student at UCL’s Global Business School for Health studying Digital Health and Entrepreneurship.

It was her first-hand experience working on the wards that sparked her curiosity on how we improve our health system, and turning her idea into a minimal viable product, building a task management application.

Sophie continues to leverage her diverse skill set of clinical, coaching, and business execution, applying her knowledge to support the world of health tech, innovation and our health system.

Tracey Eyre – Clinical Specialist

Tracey has deep experience in implementing, optimising and training others in digital systems. This includes the end-to-end digital system planning, implementation & optimization of Electronic Health Records.

She was recently the Clinical Lead for Education at NHS England. Prior to this, she led digital projects for Trusts in the North-East, including the digitisation and discharge planning for NHS Nightingale North-East.

Lisa Hancock – OD practitioner and executive coach

Lisa is an organisation development practitioner and executive coach with over 20 years experience within the health and social care environment.

She has significant experience leading culture change programmes to deliver complex business and digital change, team leadership development, system redesign, group and 1:1 coaching.

With an excellent ability to build trustful and productive relationships, she is skilled at creating the right environment for teams to think well together, challenge assumptions and biases, and harness their collective strengths in service of their ambition.

Pip Hodgson – Clinical Specialist

Pip has spent the last 10 years developing digital experiences for users navigating them through the NHS using products such as NHS App, NHS Covid Pass and NHS.uk. 

A consummate Programme Manager, Pip enjoys leading complex digital projects to achieve successful outcomes in both the NHS and within digital health innovators. 

She is also an Emergency Department (ED) nurse and continues to practice.

Jayne Mason – Transformation Specialist

Jayne comes with twenty-five years’ experience of working with clinical teams to improve delivery of health care and has a strong reputation for bringing system partners together to respond to wicked issues that cross organisational boundaries.

She brings a mix of diligence, flexibility, resilience, attention to detail and a professional no nonsense business manner with a sense of humour.

Jayne’s commissioning expertise, training and development skills, and prioritisation of relationship building create the perfect combination to lead teams through a transformation journey.
