Natasha Phillips – Founder and Clinical Lead
Natasha is the Founder of Future Nurse, a network that aims to bring nurses and tech closer together to help solve healthcare’s biggest problems.
As the first Chief Nursing Information Officer at NHS England, she led the development of What Good Looks Like for Nursing, the National Digital Clinical Safety Strategy and the Phillips-Ives Review on nursing skills needed for the digital age.
Natasha led the successful enterprise wide EPR implementation at UCLH and is a Professor of Digital Health at the University of Salford leading work on education and research in digital health.

Katherina Breen
Katherina is a commercial consultant specialising in healthcare innovation, strategic partnerships and revenue growth. They help organisations grow, engage key audiences and develop sustainable commercial strategies.
As former Head of Commercial at the Royal College of Nursing Group, Katherina launched Nursing Live, the UK’s largest nursing exhibition and developed CPD webinars to support frontline healthcare professionals. Now, they work with Future Nurse to connect health tech innovators with nursing leaders, ensuring solutions align with clinical needs and drive real impact.

Emma Doyle
Emma is a health tech consultant, and advisor to Future Nurse, with more than 20 years of experience working in digital, tech and data in health. Her experience spans regulation, local commissioning, the central NHS and government.
Emma led the development of tech policy and strategy at the highest levels of the NHS and has collaborated with and advised governments internationally.

Jimmy Endicott
Jimmy Endicott is a health tech consultant and advisor to Future Nurse. He works with clinical teams around developing technology and helps health tech entrepreneurs and startups go to market or get to the next stage of growth in the UK.
Leading on strategy development and pragmatic execution, his 25+ year career spans NHS innovation, health tech SMEs and scaleups, sales, marketing and commercialisable product development. He is a former winner of the NHS Innovation Challenge Prize and an alumni of NHS England’s Innovation Accelerator Programme fellowship.
